The Center for Rural Development has direct high-speed connectivity to the Internet and offers a variety of Internet-related services. To help provide cost efficient access, The Center is sharing its connectivity with non-profit and educational organizations, offering from 56 kbps to full T1 connectivity. An advantage of getting Internet service from The Center is that we also offer videoconferencing hub service. Therefore, with only one circuit, a private college or university can obtain Internet and video conferencing at a considerable cost savings over obtaining these services separately. The Center can register your organization’s domain name—or Internet name—such as Centertech.com, as well as provide email accounts and act as your primary or secondary DNS service.
